Our enterprise gives a complete spectrum of metal processing services including stages from elaboration of engineering documentation and process designing to machining performance of part blanks and production of complete products, components and assemblies.

• Machining.
  The productive capacities of the enterprise allow carrying out the machining of components of various metals and alloy materials and of various overall dimensions including the machining of basic parts and parts with a complex geometry. The machinery is equipped with modern lathes, milling machines, horizontal borers and other metal-working machines allowing various machining operations with split-hair accuracy. The control of accuracy and perfection factors of component production is carried out on all machining operations.
• Blanking operations: cutting, sawing, bending and chipping of metal. The cutting of metal-roll (forged pieces) is carried out on contour band machines, applied for the part blank production. It has not limitations of steel and alloy grades. It can be applied for the slitting cut of piping, forged pieces and other part blank forms. We render services for the slitting cut (cutoff) of every metal-roll brought by you. It can be carried out the cutting of die steels (Х12, Х12МФ, 5ХНМ, 5ХНВ etc.), high-speed steels, nickel-clad and chrome steels as well as the cutting of cast iron and non-ferrous metals. Upper limit size Ø500mm or 500х500mm up to 2500mm long.
  The sawing of sheet products is carried out on laser and plasma arc cutting installations.
• Production of industry-oriented components. The enterprise has all potentialities for qualitative production of industry-oriented components for all branches of engineering and industry. We produce original components and spare parts for various equipments by requirements specification of the customer as well as we carry out the project development by strength of our experienced and qualified designers and production engineers.
• Production of tailor-made metal constructions and equipment.
  We produce tailor-made metal constructions and equipment both by drafts, outlines and models of the customer and by the projects developed by our experts. Design and production experience of critical metal constructions and equipment of high degree of complexity allows carrying out the order qualitative and in the shortest possible time.
• Welding.
  Applying various welding types we have a potential to carry out the welding works of any complexity ensuring all requirements of normative documentation. A wide range of welding equipment and materials as well as qualified personnel allow carrying out the welding of goods produced of various steel and alloy grades. The welding works are carried out by certified welders having the experience with various metals and welding equipment.
• Fitter's work.
  Qualified personnel with a wide experience carry out professionally fitter's work of assembly of units, metal constructions and equipment. The availability of various hand tools and rigging allows carrying out the erection and assembly of metal constructions of any complexity including the assembly of tailor-made equipment.
• Elaboration of engineering documentation.
  Modern programs CAD-KOMPAS and AutoCAD are used in the enterprise during the elaboration of engineering documentation. It allows fast and qualitative mechanical designing of various purpose and complexity, efficient carrying out the cutting and sawing of part blanks, improving the accuracy of component production and more efficiently using the machining facilities.
