МР - Type of the gear motor;
1 – Quantity of stages;
500 – Reference diameter of the biggest internal toothing wheel, mm;
12 – Version by the motor;
125 - Output shaft speed, r/min;
Ф-1П - Embodiment by mounting arrangement;
У3 - Climatic version and category of placing according to GOST 15150-69.

Version of gear motors: Ф-1П - vertical, the output shaft down, the output shaft end is performed in form of flange half-coupling with built-in tooth compensator; Ф-2П - horizontal, with the output shaft in form of flange half-coupling.
