The crane traveling drive ПК-6,3 (basic variant) and its versions (ПК-6.3П, ПК-6.3С, ПК-6.3Р, ПК-6.3Д) are intended for the packaging of carriers and mechanisms of tower building crane arms.
The drives can be also used for the installation in other mechanisms as motor-brake-reducers operating in the recursive short-time mode with reverse, starting and braking overloads and steady or variable loads at steady-state engine speed.
Version description
- ПК-6.3.000 – drive for unified leading carriers of cranes.
- ПК-6.ЗП.000 – drive for travel mechanisms of some models of heavy cranes (without brake mechanism and frame).
- ПК-6.3Д.000 – drive for special carriers (without brake mechanism and spring).
- ПК-6.3С.000 – drive for crane arm mechanisms (without spring).
- ПК-6.3Р.000 – drive for repair and other targets (without electric motor and electromagnet).
Construction description
The crane traveling drive ПК-6.3 consists of driving electric motor 1, coupled with enveloping worm-gear reducer by adapter flange 2, in which housing the gear drive 3 is situated. The enveloping worm-gear reducer 4 with distance between axes 125 mm consists of worm with two output ends and wheel with splined hole in the hub. To upper foots of the gear box the spring 5 is attached, to bottom foots – the frame with brake placed on it. The brake disk 7 is mounted on the worm output end. The torque from the motor shaft through the gear drive 3 (the gear is mounted on the motor shaft, the gearwheel – on the worm) is given to the worm, which turns the drive wheel, coupled by means of the splined shaft with crane traveling wheels. The braking is carried out by pressure of brake blocks to the pulley immediately after the deactivation of electric motor and they are remaining in such state up to drive startup.
