РГСЛ - type of reducer;
160 - distance between axes, mm;
40 - reduction ratio;
51 - assembly configuration;
К - version of low-speed shaft end;
У3 - climatic version and category of placing according to GOST 15150-69.

Note
Version of low-speed shaft end can be tapered - К or cylindrical - Ц.
The reducers are generally operated at worm rotary speed 1000 r/min.It is permitted the operation of reducers at rotation of the worm 1500 r/min with torque reduced at 20%.
